Requests and confirmation

An appointment request does not confirm availability, eligibility, price, or an appointment. Flash Notarize reviews each request and provides a personalized quote. Ordinary consumer appointments require prepayment before confirmation. Approved title companies and signing services may be invoiced separately.

Services and scope

Services are subject to document eligibility, acceptable identification, required signer attendance, applicable legal requirements, and availability. Remote notarizations occur through a separate authorized platform and require suitable technology and identity verification. Apostille concierge is administrative assistance; the appropriate government authority issues apostilles and controls processing availability.

Fees and payment

Published prices are starting rates or stated per-act charges, as described on the Pricing page. Your individualized quote distinguishes notarial charges from travel, administrative, government, and third-party charges. Travel fees are not required by law and are separately agreed in advance of travel. Payment links are sent after review; this website does not charge customers automatically.

Preparation and professional limits

Have required signers, documents, and acceptable identification ready and follow your appointment instructions. Flash Notarize is not a law firm, offers no legal or financial advice, and does not imply government affiliation. Questions about document selection or legal effect should be directed to an appropriately qualified adviser.

Changes and cancellations

Review the Cancellation Policy and the terms included with your quote before payment or confirmation. Government and third-party costs are distinct from cancellation charges.
