What identification should I bring?
A driver's license is usually all you need. A passport or another acceptable government-issued identification may also work. Please have your identification ready at your appointment.
Should I sign my documents beforehand?
Please have your documents ready, but wait to sign if your document requires the signature to be witnessed by a notary. If you're unsure, contact us before your appointment.
Are travel fees included?
The qualifying local starting price includes a $60 travel fee and the first $15 notarial act. Travel fees vary by location and are agreed before travel. They are separate from notarial fees and are not required by law.
When is my appointment confirmed?
After reviewing your request, we’ll send availability, a quote, and a payment link. Consumer appointments are confirmed after prepayment. Approved title companies and signing services may be invoiced separately.
Can my document be notarized online?
Some documents qualify for remote notarization. We’ll review your request and explain the identification and technology requirements. Eligible sessions take place on a separate authorized platform.
