Apostille assistance
Assistance fees may become nonrefundable to the extent work has been performed or third-party expenses have been incurred. Government fees and third-party expenses are distinct from cancellation charges.
Remote appointments
Remote appointments require advance payment and confirmation.
Cancellations made at least two hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel within two hours of your appointment or fail to attend, your appointment will be canceled and a new booking will be required.
Refunds for services not performed will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Remote appointments do not involve a mobile travel fee.
