How we use your information
We use the contact and appointment information you share to review your inquiry, communicate availability and quotes, coordinate your service, and follow up about your appointment. This may include your name, email, phone number, requested service, meeting location, and availability.
What to leave out of your request
Please do not submit identification images, Social Security numbers, sensitive financial details, or full loan document packages through the initial form. We’ll explain any later identity-verification or document-handling steps for your service.
Forms, payments, and online appointments
Our appointment form is provided by Tally, which processes form information and technical data under its privacy policy. We send Stripe payment links separately after reviewing your request; payment processing is covered by Stripe’s privacy policy. Eligible remote notarizations use a separate authorized platform, with details provided before your session.
This website does not add advertising trackers, customer accounts, or a customer database. Hosting and service providers may process technical data according to their own practices.
Keeping and deleting records
Different records serve different purposes:
- Inquiries that do not become appointments: our intended retention period is up to 12 months after the last customer interaction. This is a planned business practice, not an automatic deletion feature.
- Completed appointment administrative and financial records: retained as necessary to meet applicable legal, accounting, and tax requirements.
- Official Washington notarial journals: retained for 10 years after the final notarial act recorded in the journal, as required by Washington law.
Deleting an inquiry does not delete records that must be kept by law. Tally’s deletion process may retain items in its trash for up to 90 days before permanent deletion; copies held in email or other services require separate handling.
Questions or information requests
